Background

Usability testing and interviews showed that the site’s current content had outgrown its ‘brochure’ beginnings and that its mission statement might not be reaching the intended audience.

Inclusive Futures showcases learnings from live programme activity on ‘what works’ to include people with disabilities.

This rich and technical content was not presented to its advantage and may have felt secondary to content explaining who and what Inclusive Futures is.

To serve its audience needs, a new information architecture was created to put these ‘learning hubs’ front and centre, along with the necessary navigation interface.
