Background

The comms team at Inclusive Futures wanted to raise awareness among a sector for its lack of commitment to disability inclusion.

The brief was to create a satirical quiz with answers so obvious there could be no excuse not to put the knowledge into practice.

The concepts presented here show my creative response to the brief.

The concept

Inspired by the subversive potential of shredders in pop culture (I'm enjoying writing this sentence) to both destroy and create value, I put this narrative device to work to warn that wisdom ignored is wisdom wasted.

The shredder applies a time pressure to the quiz and fun visual metaphor throughout.

The final design

Opting for a less 'loaded' subtext, the final design featured 80s MTV/TOTP themed visuals and brilliantly sardonic soundbites from Adam Hills

Many thanks to Rachel Pulham and the comms team for the quiz concept, content and incredible celebrity connections.
